Uniform Return / Work Bond
There are a number of people needed to get each home and away game up and running successfully. In the past finding people to help has been very difficult. This would cause the same volunteers to work all day and sometimes even having them miss their child's game. Having spoken to other Pop Warner organizations and trying it ourselves last couple of year, the "Work Bond" seem to help us through this difficult situation and therefore we will be doing it again!
Each family is to submit a $100 check per child which will be returned to them upon completion of their "volunteer" time and the return of the participants uniform.
Should you not fulfill your volunteer requirement or return the participants uniform, the check becomes a generous donation.
Volunteer time will be scheduled by the team moms and will usually occur before your child's game. The volunteer sign-in sheets will be at the snack bar and will document that you've fulfilled your requirement.
If you do not sign-in and sign-out, your bond will not be returned!
